Ever since i learned about Tallow and started using it on my face, hands and body, I decided to try it for my sons recurrent raging diaper rash....and it totally worked! Its a way better occlusive than zinc in diaper creams because its a natural fat which means that it that can penetrate the skin and heal it! Plus, combined with beeswax, tallow also provides an impenetrable natural barrier against wetness from the diaper. Nothing clears up a persistent diaper rash like this!
