I would never use chemical sunscreens and this brand literally made an edible suncreen! Zero seed oils and other crap either. Our whole family uses it and its the only thing i will put on the kiddos. Never use chemicals stuff on them. Zinc only is the way to go, and no titanium dioxide. Literally this is the only sunscreen ive found without any bad ingredients! Plus...it works against sunburn! I put it on on the morning and the kids went to the lake for the day and of course, my husband didnt bother to reapply it. I thought they'd return home burnt but nope! It totally worked all day! No burns!

First sunscreen I can actually tolerate. Doesn't dry skin out. Unscented, no seed oils. Just clean simple ingredients.

I was skeptical but wow! This stuff went on super smooth and not greasy. It protected the baby for several hours. I’m not a sunscreen wearer but wanted sowmthing for the baby and I am pleasantly surprised. I’ve not started using it for my face and it completed protected me from the sun. Will be buying more

I liked this product for myself. I definitely got sun when using it and applying multiple times throughout the day, but I didn’t burn.

My daughter who is very fair did get pink using it. Not terribly burned, but it didn’t protect her as much as I’d like. Although I do like that I feel like it is a clean, safe product. I would use this for a soccer game for her, but not a full day at the beach (even with multiple coats).

Just got this in time for the summer. The sun finally came out the past two days, and I've used it consistently. This sun balm is so clean that I even used it on my 2-year-old, which I'm always hesitant to do. It works really well, providing at least 30 SPF with a nice, protective white coating.

I really like this product. I am transitioning more and more to non-toxic products and already use a beef tallow product for moisturizing my face. I recently purchased this product and used it for a long day of motorcycle riding. No burning whatsoever. My makeup still went on well, and, since I used it in place of my moisturizer, this product did the job of that, as well. I'm very impressed.

saw the videos from carnivore md where they showed the shwally one. we use it one the beach and i like that you can adjust how much protection it gives by just adding more or less. if you do a little it’s like spf 20 or a lot is like 40 or something. definitely the cleanest one around and i’ve seen their page and its a family business so no chemical slop involved in making it! smells a little bit nutty !

Pros: natural ingredients, long lasting, we don’t burn at all

Cons: pasty white residue no matter how little we use, gets whiter as it dries, leaves residue all over the interior of car and clothes and anything you happen to touch for hours after application

Wow! I am loving this sunscreen! I’ve been on a journey to switch to clean products. After I had my baby I wanted to make sure I want putting any harsh chemicals into or into her body. I quickly learned that most products out there are full of carcinogenic and endocrine disrupting ingredients. Fast forward to last week, I finally found a clean product that works! This sunscreen feels so good on my skin, and my babies skin! It rubs in so nicely, makes my skin feel so nourished and is packed with real ingredients! Love this stuff.

A little goes a long way. Being pregnant, I feel very safe using this product to keep my skin, and my baby, safe in the summer.

I'm allergic to chemicals found in pretty much every sunscreen unfortunately. Started using just Tallow on my skin and it has been absolutely life-changing, decided to try this out for the same reason and it did not disappoint! Putting on your skin you can feel it start to hydrate, offers great protection in the Colorado Summer Sun. If you're looking for a natural sunscreen this is definitely the one to get!

The packaging leaves a lot to be desired though. About 1/4 was impossible to squeeze out.

I am extremely skeptical on anything that labels itself as all natural but this is what it claims to be. It works very well and a little goes a long way! I did notice it's not necessarily waterproof so you will probably need to reapply often. Well worth the price for an all natural sun product!

I spent years looking for an all natural sunscreen that I could use on me and my babies and this is perfect! Goes on thick just give it time to soak in!
