Keeping in mind that a little goes a long way, For Hair, Smooth a small amount through damp or dry hair. For an Overnight Hair Mask, Massage into scalp and work through strands. Leave overnight and rinse in the morning. For beard use, apply directly to the beard, following up with a brush to work product into the hair.

I have to stop myself from putting this all over my body--it's that good. The label does indicate that you can put it on your body but it's a little spendy for my pocket book so I try to refrain from that and use it only for once a week hair oiling. I apply it on a dry scalp with a scalp massager and then brush some through the lengths of my hair. The rosemary, which is good for stimulating hair growth, is pleasant and not overpowering. I've tried other hair and scalp oils in the past, this blend is my favorite by far.
